1. What’s the return policy?
All sales are final. If you received an item that is different than what you ordered or is defective, please visit the Contact Us page and submit a message and a replacement will be sent out right away.
2. How do I place my order?
1. Log in or create an account.
2. Browse for items (or search for specific items by description or item #) and add them to your cart.
3. Follow the instructions during the checkout process.
3. How do I create an account?
Click on Sign in in the upper right-hand corner and follow the prompts, or create an account during the checkout process. Once you create an account, you can see your order status and history, and check out faster next time. You could also check out as a guest, but then you wouldn’t have access to your order status and history.
4. How do I see my shopping cart?
Click on Cart in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
5. What payment methods can I use?
- Personal orders: You can use your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). The charge will be listed on your card’s account as being from “RBO PrintLogistix.” Your card will be pinged to confirm validity, but it won’t be fully charged until the order has been completed. Please note: All personal orders are subject to sales tax and shipping fees.
- Service Award orders: Team members redeeming a service award gift will not need to enter a payment type when checking out.
6. How can I confirm that my order was received?
You’ll get an Order Confirmation email immediately after you place your order. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your Lumeris Store account.
7. What are the shipping fees?
Shipping fees are based on standard FedEx rates at the time of the order. Shipping fees for Service Award gifts are covered by Lumeris.
8. What if I need to make changes to my order?
All sales are final. But if you realize an error was made, visit the Contact Us page and submit a message right away, and reference your order # in the details field. The team will follow up within 24 hours to confirm if your requested change can be made.
9. How long will it take to receive my order?
Lumeris Company Store: In-stock items will ship within 1–2 business days, plus transit time. Custom-produced items will ship within 7–10 business days, plus transit time. If items in your order are out of stock or on backorder, you’ll be notified, and the turnaround time could be longer.
Service Awards: All Service Awards items are ordered at the end of the ordering period for Service Awards and not as individual orders. After the order has been placed, the shipping time varies by product and will be estimated on the Service Awards page.
